casting call for actors and crew (paid)

Hey, my name is Rafay Khan I was a former Hallam student currently studying producing film and TV in London. I'm producing a pilot episode for potential sitcom/mockumentary show as my final year project, I plan on taking this project further in film festivals and pitching it to producers.

Project Name: Dropouts

Story: The show documents the journey of a bunch of college dropouts on a reforming education program in hopes of getting their life back on track, little do the know their assigned professor is quite a ‘unique’ man. Imagine the project to be the merge of 'Community' and 'The Office'.

Genre: Comedy

Shooting location: Sheffield

Casting call for actors and crew:

Fred is a shy and weird person, he loves comics, film, TV, and video games. He has a bad habit of constantly chatting. He is always awkward in social gatherings and is chronically single. Dropout crime: burned down his science lab

Traits: weird, awkward, chatty, film nerd and random

Professor Tom:  professor at Dovedale Community College has a very childish and light-hearted approach to teaching and life. Is quite over-friendly with students,

and a strange character but he somehow manages to tutor well. Fan of old-school music and pop culture.

Traits: free-spirited, goofy, chatty, loud, bubbly and comical. playing age (35-50)

Trevor: A electrician, someone who wears a turban to play this character. need someone South Asian or Middle Eastern to play the character.
